They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food, and they have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any comparable authority for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no dosing, administration, or protocol guidance is provided. Purchasers assume full responsibility for lawful handling, storage, and disposal in their jurisdiction, and for compliance with all institutional and regulatory requirements. By placing an order you confirm you are 21 or older and are purchasing for research use only. We do not sell to individuals intending human or animal consumption, and orders that indicate such intent are cancelled and refunded.

All items ship lyophilized and sealed. Specifications reflect the current released lot; the certificate of analysis for your specific lot is available in the COA portal after purchase.
Purity & certificates of analysis
Every lot is tested twice: once by the manufacturing facility, once by an independent laboratory with no stake in the result. We publish the independent report.

What gets tested
Release threshold is 98.0% area purity. Lots below threshold are quarantined and destroyed — they are not repackaged, discounted, or sold as a lower grade.

Unopened lyophilized vials are stable long-term when kept frozen and shielded from light.
Ambient tolerant
Lyophilized powder tolerates short ambient excursions during shipping without measurable degradation.

Once in solution, stability drops sharply. Store cold and use within the window noted on the COA.
Freeze-thaw cycles
Repeated cycling degrades peptide integrity. Aliquot on first reconstitution rather than re-freezing stock.
Built for people who read the certificate
Loner Labs was started because sourcing research peptides had become an exercise in taking someone's word for it. Certificates that didn't match lot numbers. Purity figures with no method listed. Vendors who couldn't say which facility ran the assay, or whether one had been run at all.
We built the operation around a single rule: nothing ships without an independent report attached to it, and that report is available to the customer before the vial is opened. If a lot fails, it doesn't get quietly moved into a different SKU. It gets destroyed.
We supply university labs, contract research organizations, and independent investigators. We do not supply consumers, and we do not provide protocols, dosing information, or any guidance on administration to humans or animals. That line is not negotiable, and it's the reason we can operate transparently.
What we don't do
No dosing guidance. No protocol design. No claims of therapeutic effect. No sales to anyone indicating intent for human or veterinary use. Requests of that kind are declined and the order is refunded.

1. Research use only
All products supplied by Loner Labs LLC ("Loner Labs", "we", "us") are furnished exclusively as laboratory reference materials for in-vitro and other non-clinical research conducted by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices, and are not for human or veterinary consumption under any circumstances.
No product offered on this site has been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any comparable authority for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or condition. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice or a representation of therapeutic benefit.
2. No use guidance
Loner Labs does not provide dosing information, administration routes, reconstitution instructions for use in a living subject, protocol design, or any other guidance relating to use in humans or animals. We will not answer such questions, and any information volunteered by an employee or representative in contravention of this section is unauthorized and may not be relied upon.
3. Eligibility and buyer representations
By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age; that you are acquiring the materials solely for legitimate laboratory research; that you will not administer them to any human or animal; that you possess the training, facilities, and institutional authorization necessary to handle them safely; and that your purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal of the materials complies with all applicable federal, state, and local law in your jurisdiction.
We do not sell to consumers. Orders that indicate an intent to use products for human or veterinary consumption will be cancelled and refunded, and we reserve the right to decline service to any purchaser at our sole discretion, with or without stated reason.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. No contract is formed until we accept the order and dispatch the goods. We may decline, limit, or cancel any order, including after a payment authorization has been obtained, and including for reasons of stock availability, pricing error, suspected misuse, or failed verification.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of shipping and applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time prior to dispatch, including cancelling an affected order and issuing a refund. Payment must clear before goods are released.
6. Title and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. Claims relating to transit are addressed in our Shipping & Refunds policy.
7. Certificates of analysis
Each production lot is assayed by an independent laboratory and the resulting certificate is made available to the purchaser. Analytical results describe the specific lot tested and are provided for informational purposes. We make no representation that any material is suitable for a particular research application; determining suitability is the responsibility of the investigator.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the limited conformity remedy set out in our Shipping & Refunds policy, all products are supplied "as is" and without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loner Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, research, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the products or this site, regardless of the theory of liability and even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
We accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of any product in a human or animal subject. Such use is expressly prohibited by these terms.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Loner Labs, its members, officers, employees, and suppliers from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your handling or use of the products, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
11. Compliance and export
We ship within the United States only. You are responsible for ensuring that receipt and possession of the materials is lawful at your delivery address. You may not export, re-export, or transfer any product in violation of applicable law.
12. Intellectual property
All site content, including text, layout, photography, and the Loner Labs name and mark, is the property of Loner Labs and may not be reproduced without permission. Nothing on this site grants any licence under any patent held by a third party, and no representation is made that any research use is free of third-party rights.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Utah.
14. Changes
We may revise these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Loner Labs LLC operates lonerlabs.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what choices you have.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. Name, email address, shipping and billing address, telephone number, institution or organization, and the contents of any message you send us. If you request an access code, we collect the name, email, and organization you submit.
Order information. Products purchased, quantities, lot numbers assigned, order value, and fulfillment status.
Technical information. IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is collected automatically by our hosting provider and any analytics we operate.
We do not store payment card details. Card data is handled directly by our payment processor and does not pass through our systems.
3. Storage on your device
This site stores a single value in your browser's session storage to record that you have entered a valid access code, so that you are not asked again while navigating between pages. It is cleared when you close your browser and contains no personal information. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
4. How we use information
To process, fulfill, and ship orders; to assign and communicate lot numbers and certificates of analysis; to respond to enquiries; to verify eligibility and prevent fraud or prohibited use; to comply with legal and tax obligations; and to maintain and improve the site.
5. Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the business.
6. Sharing
We share information only as needed: with our payment processor to take payment; with carriers to deliver your order; with our web host and email provider as service infrastructure; with professional advisers; and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
7. Retention
Order and transaction records are retained for as long as required by tax and commercial law, generally seven years. Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to two years. Technical logs are retained for a shorter period as set by our hosting provider.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to order data is restricted to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, email orders@lonerlabs.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
10. Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Shipping & Refunds

1. Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to freight forwarders or mail-forwarding addresses.
2. Shipping rates
Domestic shipping is a flat $18.00 per order. Orders with a subtotal of $300.00 or more ship free. Rates are calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Where a referral discount applies, the free-shipping threshold is assessed against the discounted subtotal.
3. Processing and dispatch
Orders with cleared payment received before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders received after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, dispatch the next business day. We may hold dispatch where doing so avoids a shipment sitting in a carrier facility over a weekend.
4. Packaging
Lyophilized material ships in insulated mailers with gel packs, sealed against light and moisture, with a tamper-evident closure. Lyophilized peptides tolerate short ambient excursions in transit without measurable degradation.
5. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed automatically when the carrier first scans the label. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruption, or service interruptions once a package has been tendered.
6. Address accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at your expense. Refunds are not issued for packages delivered to an address you supplied.
7. All sales are final
We do not accept returns. Because these are laboratory materials whose storage conditions cannot be verified once they leave our control, no product may be returned for refund, exchange, or credit, whether opened or unopened. This includes orders placed in error and changes of mind.
8. Limited conformity remedy
We will replace or refund, at our option, product that falls into one of the following categories, provided you notify us within seven (7) days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and vials:
- Product damaged in transit, where the outer packaging shows evidence of the damage
- An item shipped that does not match the item ordered
- Product whose assay results materially fail to conform to the certificate of analysis issued for its lot
Do not discard packaging or vials before contacting us; we may be unable to honour a claim without them. Claims made after seven days, or where product has been reconstituted, cannot be assessed and will not be honoured.
9. Lost shipments
If tracking shows no movement for five consecutive business days, contact us and we will open a carrier trace. Claims for non-delivery must be raised within fourteen (14) days of the dispatch date. Where tracking shows delivery to your address, the shipment is considered delivered.
10. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled without charge any time before dispatch. Once a label has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
11. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow five to ten business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are not refunded except where the fault was ours.
